15-02 Investigation of GRPD Officer-Involved Shootings

Purpose

To establish a protocol to facilitate investigation of certain deadly force incidents by outside agency.

Summary

The investigation of Grand Rapids Police Department officer-involved shootings for potential criminal acts shall be referred to the Michigan State Police.
