AP-18-04 Residential Rental Application Fees Ordinance Implementation

This policy establishes practices and procedures for the implementation of the Residential Rental Application Fees Ordinance adopted on July 10, 2018, as regulated under Title IX of the Code of the City of Grand Rapids, Chapter 174, Sections 9.925 through 9.928. The objective of this policy is to provide further guidance for interpretation and enforcement of the code.
