Apply for Housing Rehabilitation Assistance

The Housing Rehabilitation Office offers affordable loans for home repairs and removing lead hazards. Eligible homeowners and rental property owners receive assistance to help to determine what repairs are needed, select contractors, and ensure repairs are complete and of good quality.

Step 1.Create a Citizen Access account

We use a third party application called Citizen Access to receive housing rehabilitation applications. Haven't used Citizen Access before? Make sure to review how to create an account before starting.

Step 2.Make sure you have time and all the required information

This form will take between five and ten minutes to complete. You will be able to save your entry and resume later if you need more time.

Step 3.Gather the required information

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Address of property
  • Household information (number of household members, annual income, etc.)
  • Property information (owner/rental, year purchased, etc.)
