Report a Missed Recycling Pickup

Did your recycle cart get missed on your collection day? Here are a few tips to find out why.

Make sure you're eligible for pick-up

  • Did you have your recycle out on your correct collection date? If you're unsure of your collection date, you can look it up here.
  • Was your cart put out before 7:00 am on your collection day? We require this for pick-up.
  • Was there a violation tag left on your cart alerting you of a potential issue? The driver may have left a tag for many possible reasons.  Don't see a tag? Give us a call.
  • Are you trying to inquire about a missed pick-up before 3:00 pm? Hold tight. We may still have crews out there working on collections. If your trash/recycle is still not collected after 3:00 pm, give us a call.

Still unsure of why your cart wasn't emptied

We will review your case to determine if you are eligible for pick-up. We may provide more details as to why the cart was missed and provide further instructions if needed. All inquiries must be submitted within 1 business day from missed service. Inquires past this time frame will not be eligible for pick-up and you will have to wait until your next service day.
