Hosting an event or activity at a City park? Reserve a park facility for seating and activity needs.

Paso 1.Make sure your event is eligible

Check out our Park Facility Reservation Guide. We've outlined the process and standards for hosting an event at park facilities. You may find that the scope of your event is beyond facility reservation and may need additional planning through the Special Event Permit process. Have questions? Check out what our facilities look like in the Park Facility Guide before deciding which one to use. You'll also find our price listings. Keep in mind that if your event at an outdoor picnic shelter is longer than four hours, we charge an additional $10/hour.

Paso 3.Plan your event

We need the following info to approve your request:

  • Your preferred event date and time. We'll check the availability and confirm if that date is available for the facility you want to rent
  • Expected attendance. Make sure your chosen facility is big enough for your event
  • Whether or not you'll serve alcohol. We verify age with a valid Driver License. Make sure you have an electronic copy of yours to attach in this form. We'll invoice you electronically for the $30 permit fee

Paso 5.We'll review your form

We'll check to see if the facility is available and reserve it for you. If it's unavailable, we'll contact you to determine a second option.

Paso 6.Submit your payment

We'll send you an electronic invoice and a payment form. Submit your payment within 24 hours to secure your reservation and we'll have the facility ready for your event.
