Do you want to make a permanent address change? If you claim the Principal Residence Exemption (PRE) on this property, changing your mailing address may remove your exemption. Property Owner's Representative

Upload or send a letter to the Assessor's office stating you have the owner's permission to update their mailing address. The change will not be effective until the letter is received by the Assessor's office. In some cases, the Assessor's office may also request some of the following information: 

  • Copy of the Deed
  • Death Certificate
  • Driver's License
  • Marriage License
