We'll review your complaint

Within 10 days of filing your complaint we'll send you a meeting notice to discuss the incident. The incident will be sent to the appropriate supervisor or department head.

If the department head doesn’t resolve your issue, contact our ADA Coordinator, Patti Caudill, using the contact information in the Contact Us section of this page.

Appeal process

Disagree with the ADA Coordinator's decision? You can file an appeal with the City Manager. Here's the appeal process:

  • Submit a written request to the City Manager
  • Explain in detail the actions you'd like to appeal
  • Within 10 business days the City Manager or designee will meet with you to discuss possible resolutions
  • If you don't make the meeting with the City Manager or designee, this indicates that you accept the ADA coordinator's decision
